  • How is this program different from other online plans?
    Mat Performance Mastery is designed specifically for women in Jiu Jitsu, combining strength, nutrition, and mindset coaching in one comprehensive package. As a female performance coach, JiuJitsu athlete and entrepreneur I understand the struggles of combining a busy lifestyle with training.
  • What if I have a busy schedule?
    The program is designed to fit into your life, not the other way around. Workouts and meal plans are tailored to your unique schedule. Everything is customized to work around your unique schedule.
  • Do I need to follow a strict diet or track calories?
    No! This program focuses on flexible nutrition, allowing you to enjoy the foods you love while still making progress. We find what works for you, some of my ladies count calories and track macros, others use a portion guide, others don’t track at all.
  • What are the benefits of online coaching?
    Online training is the most effective and economical way to access my personal training services: SCHEDULING: Train on your own schedule.   • Does the program include nutrition counseling?
    Yes, I will work with you closely on establishing a healthy, nutritious and sustainable diet. Please be aware that prescribing a detailed, clinically structured nutrition program is not a part of my services and only within the scope of practice of a registered dietitian. I will provide basic nutrition education, meal suggestions and opinions about food choices, caloric intake, macro split, meal timing, shopping lists and preparation. I do not claim to possess dietary degrees, registered or otherwise, and will not provide medically based nutritional advice. I will educate clients on best practices and based on credentials held from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. My main goal is to educate clients on nutrition, positive accountability and food tracking or journaling.
  • What if I don’t have or want a gym membership?
    I design everything from scratch to fit your needs with customized gym or home based guided workouts, designed with your lifestyle, time, and preferences in mind. You‘re absolutely flexible to train in your favorite environment, at home, the gym, a hotel room, with or without equipment- your choice!
  • How often can I contact my coach?
    Feel free to send me a text message through my app at any time. You are welcome to ask as many questions as you like. I have set some extra time aside to respond on Monday and Friday mornings (these are checkin days). Of course I will always be available for you in case of emergency.
  • Do I have to give up my favorite foods?
    No! My goal is to help you establish healthy nutritional and lifestyle habits so you can still have your favorite foods while maintaining your weight loss goals! No food restrictions.
  • How do payments work?
    Subscription for my program is done through this website. You have the option to pay in full or in 3x monthly instalments.
  • How is the program delivered?
    Training: All workouts will be delivered via my Barbell Boss Fitness software. As a client you will get free access to my app. You will receive a welcome email with a link to create your login and password so you can set up your account. I will notify you every time I have created a new workout for you. In your training account there is a calendar setup where your workouts are located. The software is best accessed using the Mobile App, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox. With the app you get access to every single thing you need to keep track of your fitness progress. It also integrates directly with MyFitnessPal for food tracking as well as FitBit. Nutrition & Habit Coaching: You will also get access to my exclusive Membership area with a specially designed 12 week habit and lifestyle course, as well as a recipe database and additional bonus material. Calls are on Zoom and can be booked weekly.
