I am a certified Fitness & Nutrition Coach and I first started working as fitness professional in 2004. Since then, I have earned various certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, Precision Nutrition, the Online Trainer Academy and GGS.
I also hold a business degree from LMU Munich Business School. As a Business Development Manager I’ve had the privilege to live and work in a number of different countries all over the world. Through my career, I got familiar with the struggles living a businesswoman’s lifestyle and trying to combine it with a healthy one.
My favorite travel destination? Southeast Asia, with Hong Kong being my home for the past four years.

I have a weakness for cookie dough ice cream and homemade lasagna. So as a food lover, I personally relate to any struggles with food you may be having.
Growing up, I have always loved sports such as dancing modern jazz, playing handball and skiing. When my more athletic lean body turned into a curvier, female shape, my body image and eating habits took a negative turn. I started struggling with weight fluctuations, emotional eating and feelings of shame and guilt. I was constantly trying to fight against temptations and maintain control over my nutrition.
... My Personal Journey Continued
Everything changed when I got into Mixed Martial Arts and Strength Training. My focus shifted from trying to be perfect to developing mental strength. My sights were not set on comparing myself to others but instead on gaining the confidence back in my body. I slowly learned how to master finding the balance between enjoying my favorite foods without restriction while still staying in line with my health and fitness goals.
